Strange Brewin turned five years old and wanted to mark the occasion in a unique and different way. They desired a memorable event for their friends and customers, one that reflected the essence and spirit of the brand.
The strategy centered on producing a memorable music festival. The C-Art Media Complex was chosen as the event’s venue, and a stage was built to accommodate a diverse and exciting lineup. The goal was to provide attendees with a one-of-a-kind experience that included live performances by outstanding bands and DJ sets, as well as activations that surprised attendees at every turn, in keeping with the brand’s positioning.
Strange Fest became an unforgettable event for Strange Brewin, providing attendees with a complete and immersive experience through live music, a diverse and exciting line-up, and interactive activities. Artists such as Lo’ Pibitos, An Espil, Las Sombras, Tomy Sainz, and Pablo Gonzalez performed, as did DJ sets by Wax & Smoke, Favio Posca, and Oscar Fernandez. Aside from the music, various activations were planned, such as a photo opportunity with the historic van that Strange Brewin’s founders drove from Alaska, allowing attendees to capture special moments. There was also an arcade game section where guests could have some retro fun. A merchandising store provided guests with exclusive branded products to take home as souvenirs. One of the most outstanding surprises was the presence of the brand’s iconic raccoons that interacted and danced with the public, adding a unique and fun touch to the event. In addition, a can vending machine was installed to give away free beer to attendees in a random and mysterious way, adding a touch of magic to the event. The combination of live music, creative activations and unique details, created a festive and special atmosphere that reflected the brand’s personality.
